My Experience
After about 40 years helping individuals and organisations to develop; I wish to help 1000s more - both in the UK and across the world. Through my company Just Leverage, I can 'leverage' my Corporate, Public Sector contacts and experience in Local Government and Housing Associations; plus 11 years inspecting public sector organisations like Councils, the NHS and Fire Authorities - to achieve greater business outcomes through the prism of diversity.
Since leaving the Commission I have spent the last 14 years as an Independent Diversity Adviser for the Irish and National Centre for Diversity (NCfD) and for a wide range of Public Sector organisations; Voluntary Organisations; and large Private Sector Corporations.
