My Experience
For over 40 years, I have supported or trained individuals and organisations. This includes large corporates or charities and public sector organisations, including many universities, colleges and housing associations. I spent 11 years inspecting and auditing public sector organisations like Councils, the NHS and Fire Authorities - to achieve greater social value through the prism of diversity.
Since leaving the Commission I have spent the last 15 years as an Independent Diversity Adviser for the Irish and National Centre for Diversity (NCfD) and for a wide range of Public Sector organisations; Voluntary Organisations; and large Private Sector Corporations.
