We start with an initial telephone conversation or Zoom call with Asari, then you can arrange to meet further once we have an understanding of your interests and sent you some more information.
Once you wish to go ahead you can take a 'pick and mix' approach to the Audit. Some want everything on offer and others just the areas key to you or to fit a budget.
This is aimed at key senior leaders and the people likely to be involved in the implementation of the findings. You can also engage Diversity Champions, HR, Trade Union reps, staff group reps etc.
We can run a survey of staff or other key stakeholders. All you need to do is e-mail the links and we will do the rest. You can also customise the questions to ensure you get the feedback you really need.
Subject to social distancing, we can arrange anonymous site visits, host staff and customer focus groups, including feedback on the 'cultural feel' of your key sites.
This includes a review of the key documents you have shared, your website, your Google presence and a final Report with key finding, quotes & stats from survey, and clear recommendations.
